There is a disease that killed most of the worlds children. You were one of the lucky ones that managed to survive. But you got strange powers.You got sent to a Government camp. You are sorted into a group based on your powers. If you are intelligent then you are a green the least dangerous. If you have telekinesis ( Moving things with your mind ) then you are a blue. If you can control/create electricity then you are a yellow. If you can control/create fire then you are a red.
If you can control minds,emotions and memories then you are a Orange and most dangerous Oranges and Reds must be killed on sight.

Rps must be placed in the Government Camp at first then could be moved into the forest or any place else

Only 3 reds and oranges allowed. one bio per person.

Only managers can accept people.
