A scientist has come up with a way to erase people's memories. The government has taken this tech and ran; now the memory erasing is used for criminals. They say they are giving anyone who has committed a crime under eighteen years old a second chance. Their minds are wiped of everything, so for a few months they are taught just like a baby is, how to speak, walk, interact, everything. They are required to wear a bracelet called a Levo that monitors your mood level. 5.0-10 is happy, while 5.0 down is upset, and it will buzz to alert them. If the monitor gets to three, the person will receive a shock through a brain chip implanted during the memory wiping and pass out. If it reaches numbers of 1.0 and below, it can ki|| the person. When they have learned everything they need to survive in society, they are released to a family. They are required to stay with the family (the parents must not have been memory wiped) until they are eighteen, obey the parents, and visit a nurse from the hospital they stayed in while they were learning, to make sure they are staying in the right happiness levels, so they won't go back to their criminal past. There is an underground resistance group fighting against the goverments 'Lorders', which is a justice force.
