-RULES-
-You can only have 1-5 ocs, unless otherwise told.
-Only managers can accept/decline extra ocs, signups, prefects, etc, etc
-You can't just say you are a prefect or a Quidditch position unless you are the only one in your house or a manager. For Prefects, a professor must assign you it. For Quidditch positions, Quidditch team captain must hold tryouts or appoint you that position.
-You must have at least one flaw, and at least one strength.
-You cannot just choose to be on a Quidditch Team, or to be a prefect, unless agreed by a manager or your team captain. (That sounds strange, but it is necessary)
-Once you leave school, you lose titles. (Prefect, head student, quidditch player, etc)
-Once you leave Hogwarts, you need a job.
-You cannot stay at Hogwarts forever.
