Camp Leader: @Mimi_Meow
Heyo! @Candylanguagegirl here. ;) I think @Drawl_On covered most of it below, but I just wanted to tell ya'll that you're welcome to talk to me if you have any questions about anything, camp-related or not. ;) I'm sure you guys will have an amazing time!! (Also, yes, I am writing this after @Drawl_On's message. XD I'm kinda a stickler for order.)
Message from @Drawl_On:
I'm your co-counselor for the Papercraft/Origami Cabin! I'm so glad you decided to join this cabin, I'm sure we'll all have fun.
The topics we will cover are not decided yet, but we will definitely cover lots of origami projects and maybe even papercrafts like quilling!
The great thing these crafts is that they don't require many tools, basically just paper that you can acquire easily! You can make intricate and great-looking paper projects using a X-Acto knife!
I'll be here at the 15th of July, as I'm on vacation, but @Nettlesplash will sub for me.
See you around!
P.S. Seems like I wrote basically everything that the other counselors had on mind XD Sorry! >.<

See you soon!
For the paper flowers I will be doing later this camp, it is best to use crepe paper to make them. However, it is rather difficult to find in craft stores, so I'm going to post a few links:
~ you can find American crepe paper here.
~ this website is good for finding Italian crepe paper.
~ you can find both Italian and American crepe paper here, but make sure that you're not looking in the tissue paper section.
~ Also a good place to find Italian crepe paper.
~ the solid, florist, and Doublette crepe paper are all good choices.
Be sure that you get crepe paper, not tissue paper. I'd recommend getting 1 or 2 colors to start with.
For the rose, you could get red, pink, orange, peach, yellow, or white in either Italian or American crepe paper.
For the Indian Paintbrush, I'd recommend red, orange or yellow American crepe paper.
For the iris, you could literally use almost any color other than green. Blue, white, purple, pink, yellow, orange, and red are all good options. I prefer Italian crepe paper.
For all of these, I'd suggest getting green, too, especially if you want to add leaves (which will be necessary for the Indian Paintbrush.)
If you are unable to get any crepe paper, no worries! Construction paper can be used instead.
