Weapon: Fists carbonating energy, triggered
suddenly; super speed (that's why he's
called Fox!); super strength (caused by energy
carbonating fists)
Place of Birth: USA, raised in Osaka,
Japan
BACK STORY:
Fox is a teenager with incredible power.
Hoping to see his parents again, he returns
to the USA at the age of 8. When he returns
home, he finds that there are threats a
terrorist is making. Worried for the life
of his family, he decides to confront the
terrorist. When he gets there, he is
enraged that someone would be that cruel.
He throws a punch. It hits the terrorist with
intensive force. Fox then discovers his
abilities.

PERSONALITY:
Fox has a cocky attitude at times. Other
times, he is very serious, on missions
or in battle

Extent of Abilities:
There is an extent to only one of Fox's
abilities: That ability is his speed.
He can run fast, but not as fast as Leon.
