UPDATE: others have the same problem. It might be normal for some...? Also I just realized how many health problems I have...I hope i dont get a panic attack now T-T
So, in the shower, most of the time, I find it hard to breathe and I have to poke my head out of the shower to breathe before I get light headed...and now, when I'm doing normal stuff, slowly, it's getting harder to breathe, but not by much...should...I be worried...? Or is this normal? (Like my hands and feet turning red sometimes ;-;)
Sorry if this is a bit of a TMI, but I'm just worried..
I'm scared...do I have asthma...or something else...?
I'll let you know if this gets worse...
I'm scared tbh..how do I even TELL my parents about this?
@idontknowwhattoput-_- suggested some advice, "This is normal if you like showers that are hot you need cold air or just duck your head near the ground remember the fog goes up not down."
I hope that'll work
