let's talk
- - -
Talking about mental health isn't a
shame. It shouldn't be. We should
recognize that others have
feelings. We should point out facts. You never know what another person is going through.
This is a place (among many others) to talk about your feelings. People are here to help you. We are here to help you. We care about you.
We need to educate other people about serious mental health conditions. It shouldn't be a shame.
Especially right now, the mental health toll is weighing down on people. Nurses, doctors, friends, kids, adults, classmates, teachers.
- DISCLAIMER - If you think you have one of these mental conditions, you are no less important. You are still cared for, no matter how bad it seems. Diagnostics (or thoughts of) can't prevent you from being you.

Care - show the person (or yourself) that you care. Be there for the person. Offer help and ask what the person needs.
