Heyo! Welcome to the candle studio! Here, we obsess over pieces of wick wrapped in wax! There are many types of candles in the world, so read and join this studio to find more about them!

'What are candles?' you may ask! Well candles are an ignitable wick embedded in wax, or another flammable solid substance that provides light, and in some cases, a fragrance. A candle can also provide heat or a method of keeping time. A person who makes candles is traditionally known as a chandler. (Definition from Wikipedia)

'How are candles made?' is another question you may ask! These days, candles are made from paraffin wax! Candles can and have also been made from beeswax, gel, or even some plant waxes! (Rewritten by @sundrop-, original definition from Wikipedia.)
