In the Mada Konkyo animals are just like humans, people who used to be humans, they talk, walk, and use trains 0o0! The Mada Konkyo is a small island off the coast of Japan, filled with many different species of animals, and when you apply for a Konkyo citizenship you must list the following:

From the Ramen House on 25th Ave owned my Mato and worked by Mataru, or the Bathhouse on Rain Ln run by adorable little Nene-a panda, or even Tokadori high, the top high school in the whole of Mada, can be found on Tokaru St south of the Kyon-pow Hospital, which is east of the Akanishi Court House, where even THAT is north of the Minister's office building, home to prime minister Bokaru Ryumanae-a Dobermant!!. SO many places to see, so many things to do~. The Shigantian (shi-gan-chen) Train station, or the Madaroko Airport, the Senzki Raceway, or the Mourda-kou memorial or the Peace of center the Sukimoka Square, Shenyen Fountain also known as the golden truth! The best Coffee shop in town, the Animalia Coffee house, or the Shiwatobe Garden run by Shamu or, BetaSeta, a Animal Store for every animal's needs!

LIFE HERE IN KONKYO
Humans don't take kindly to the Animalia race and many horrible things have been done, from imprisonment, to torture, or to scientific testing against will. The Mada Konkyo was created to be a safe Haven for the Animalia and there is one strict rule, NO HUMANS.
SUBARASHI LORE

The people here worship the Subarashi Kemonno, which translates to Great Beast. Its said that the Subarashi guides lost souls trapped outside of the Human Heaven and brings them the the Animalia Heaven called Senpoko. In Mada culture you must pray to the Subarashi, when you eat, when you sleep, and when you wake up, so that slowly the Subarashi may clean your soul. Many Animals who were humans before convert, because they believe that miracles can happen, and to escape the horrors of the Human Hands. The prayer you must seek is: Subarashī kemono, subete ga shōsan suru hitsuyō ga arimasu. which translates to Great Beast, all must praise.
