- Many years ago when humans were hunting witches, the witches grew tired of being hunted down, started a war and won with ease. The tables have turned, now witches hunt humans for the money offered to them. Humans are now declared an endangered race, the government wants to track all of them to keep the humans from going extinct. The witches are ordered to bring humans in so they can put a tracking device on them, after that the witches can do what they want with the human, but aren’t permitted to kill them-
