And yes you can get OFA but only on very rare occasions

A Few Rules....

1.No Power Playing (Unless Your a Villain but don't make yourself too op)

2.No More Than 2 Powers

3.No Mind Reading Powers (Cause it is a bit awkward)

4.Keep Roleplaying at a maximum of Pg-13

5.No Killing or Having Relationships with other characters without the other persons approval

6. Maximum of 4 characters per person
