Welcome to Soaring High, a highschool for flying hybrids. Like Hybrid Academy, we welcome a wide range of species and they are sorted into ranks. Different flying species have different powers, and each also have weaknesses.

This rank consists of flying insects, including beetles, flies, bugs, mosquitoes, bees and wasps. Those who are rank one hybrids are generally a lot shorter and lighter than others and have the antenna and wing of their species. Their powers are generally quite weak, but they can fly for a long time without getting tired.

Species: Birds
Commonality: Very common (50%)

This rank consists of birds of every kind including songbirds, parrots, fowls and owls. Those who are rank two hybrids are average height and are on the skinnier side. They have the feathered tails from their species and some have stripes on their cheeks of the colours of their species. They can fly long distances and have excellent voices. Their voices also hold minor possessive/charm-speak powers.

This rank consists of flying mammals including flying foxes, squirrels, bats, gliders and lemurs. They have tails/ears of their species and are quite strong. They are slightly taller than average and their weight can vary depending on their species. They can't fly over long distances however they can teleport from one place to another.

Rank 4 - Powerful species
Species: Mythical creatures

The species in this rank are the most powerful. They consist of flying mythical creatures including phoenixes, griffins and dragons. They are a lot taller and have average to just above average weight, and are quite strong physically. They have the tails/horns/wings of their species and have X marks on their cheeks. They can fly easily, shape-shift (into objects or hide their non-human features) and read minds.
