Feel free to change the thumbnail to anything, as long as it fits into these:

• the last thumbnail must have been there for at least a day
• take it in turns to change it, if you have just changed it, you have to wait till someone has changed it to change it again or wait 1 day until you can change it
Your probably wondering what happens when your name is in the report section, well, this is what happens:
• If you have your name there you are banned from this studio for 1 day
• If you get your name there with 1 tick**** you will be banned from this studio for a week
• if you get you name there with 2 ticks you will get banned from this studio for a fortnight (2 weeks, not to get confused with the game)
• if you get your name there with three ticks you are banned from this studio until you have proven you have changed your actions
• if you get your name there and get four ticks, you are immediately kicked out of this studio and there is no coming back. If you get kicked out and want to get back in, you must stop the thing you were doing wrong (on all studios of mine) and I will tell you (on your profile) when your allowed back in. The time you have to wait is about 3-5 weeks, because you have not listened to me or another manager.

****when you get banned once and you keep doing something wrong, you will get a tick
