RULES
Up to three cats each and only one can have high power (Leader, deputy, med cat).
Hate the cat not the user.
No same-person mating, that gets awkward.
No cursing.
Apprentices need mentors.
No same-person mentors and apprentices, that also gets weird.
No RPing before you join.
Only leaders can choose their deputy.
