Welcome to the meditation studio, the most peaceful section of Scratch.
The meditation studio is a studio where we can take a moment to be positive, breathe, and think about happy things that happened that day. Here, you don't have to be afraid of others. Do all you can to spread joy, peacefulness, and love.
- Be calm, peaceful, and happy
- If possible, please don't comment in all caps.
- Don't bully.
- Please be honest about the challenges codeword is "happy"
- If you curate, you must join at least 17/20 meditation sessions listed so far.
- You must be peaceful when doing the challenges/sessions.
To curate, just ask and include the codeword creatively.
Please do not ask to manage. I will promote if I see you are trustworthy.

Take a walk to a quiet, scenic place. Even better, make it at least thirty minutes long and breathe deeply.
☀ Tip of the Month
To have a nice, calming sleep, listen to a quiet song before bed while reading a book. Songs I like to listen to before bed are Everything I Wanted or Ocean Eyes, both by Billie Eilish.
There are always two meditation sessions every day. If you curate/manage, you must join at least 17/20 listed so far. Curators will be reached out to on their profiles by the manager/s. Sessions are hosted in the comments.
