    ♛Climate Change♛
    cli·mate change
    noun
a change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onwards and attributed largely to the increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels.

In this studio, we talk about climate change. What it is, why it's here, and how to stop it. Anyone can add projects as long as they are climate change related. Also, add all your followers so we can spread the word on Scratch! P.S. - **MANAGERS, PLEASE DON'T CHANGE DESCRIPTION/THUMBNAIL!** Thank you!

What is climate change anyways? Well, to put it simply, climate change is a bad guy trying to take over our world. Who created this bad guy? Humans. Since the beginning of time, humans have been changing things. Animal habitats, air quality, water quality, everything! Maybe you're thinking, wow! This seems serious. But I bet a kid can't stop something that bad, right? Well, maybe not on your own, but together, we can put a stop to all climate change!

    How can I help?
You can help in a lot of ways, for a full list see: https://www.amnh.org/explore/ology/earth/ask-a-scientist-about-our-environment/how-can-kids-help-prevent-global-warming

Here's some things you can do:
    -Turn off the lights.
-Close doors immediately so heat does not escape.
    -Take short showers.
-Walk or bike if you can (instead of having your parents drive you).
-Turn off your computer/phone/tablet/other device when not in use
-Replace incandescent with fluorescent lights. (This saves a lot of money!)
-Ask your parents not to leave the car running needlessly, for example, when waiting to pick you up at school.
-Recycle (this saves energy in manufacturing).
-Run the dishwasher and other appliances on energy saver mode.
-Keep the house at 68°F or less. And make sure the heat goes off at night and when everyone is away.
-Start a conservation club at school to raise awareness. Get your fellow students and teachers on board to have the school reduce energy consumption.

    Any questions? Ask away!
    Kind regards all.
