I'm moving to @-Vicarious- !!!

I'll still check this account and talk/rap with people, though. :) I'll continue most current roleplays I'm in in this account.

As many of you probably know, I've been thinking about doing this for a while now. It's hard because people know you as one thing and you're suddenly changing to another. Many people I talk to will probably not see this or anything and I might not talk to them as often if at all. Also, there's the number of followers. I know it doesn't matter how many followers someone has, but it still feels good to look and think, "Oh my god, this many people actually know I exist and care enough to follow me?" or "This many people thought I deserved another follow?" There's also the popularity standpoint. Plus, the more people that follow you, the quicker you gain follows and the more people you meet and friends you make. Furthermore, when making roleplays or adding people to studios, you can reach out to more Scratchers and a lot more people join.

I've finally decided that I honestly don't care about all that. (Okay, maybe I still do at least a bit, but that's not the point I'm trying to make here.) I just want a nice little quiet corner of Scratch where I don't get literally over a hundred studio updates and invites every week and can instead just chat with my friends and reply to the roleplays I really enjoy and want to continue. I'm actually going to make a bigger effort to wean off of Scratch and stop being addicted from now on with the knowledge that though Scratch and role playing has been fun, it's been a larger and larger chunk of my day that takes up time from the real world and real life. It's also been getting me more and more stuck in my head as I think about roleplays and the stories the characters lead when I'm not actually on Scratch. I don't want this to make a lasting impact on my grades, education, or real life. If I have stories in my head, I want them to be my own creative ideas instead of the same stupid thing over and over. A lot of my friends and the people I love roleplaying with are also leaving or taking very, very extended breaks which has made me feel a lot less obligated to stay active. Many of my favorite roleplays have also been pretty much discontinued, so now whenever I check my messages it's more out of addiction, not knowing what else to do, and curiosity instead of actually wanting to roleplay and talk with the person on the other end. I mean, yes, I still enjoy it and have roleplays I like, but it's not the same sort of intense need to know what comes next that reeled me in in the first place.

So now that I've finished writing almost everything I wanted to say (I know I'm forgetting something, I just don't remember what. >:( ), I'm realizing that this is also an "I'm probably going to be less active" studio. If I do leave or am significantly less active, @246lShadowWolf will take over the Dawnclan/Duskclan studio. The World of Pallavia studio is pretty much dead, but I was wondering if @crafter505 could help try to revive it and maybe take over?
