-only accept people at least 3 of the members know
-branch out w/ existing members too
-no acceptance until we fully all know one another
-be somewhat picky when choosing people
-this group is supposed to stay small
-maybe we should only keep the club to only one page.
-we should all get to know each other but who says we can’t while Applications are open?
-It’s for people we think are a perfect fit and would make tag better, not like we’re in desperate need of people, but if we think they would really fit in
-when studios are somewhat small they die easier
-there should be a form, then we ask questions like “how long have you been on scratch”
-maybe people can get in based on recommendations
-make a google form thing and put the link here to let people apply on their own
-be really picky about who we accept like just to make sure there aren’t too many of us so we’re all really close
-invite people who we think really would be a good asset to the gang
-make them make a list of who and how many people they know in this studio
-we could open applications just to see how it goes
-1 person a month because it’s going to be a lot if we did
say 2 people a week, that’s around 80 new people a year.
look at their history, past posts, attitude, art, ect. just to be sure they are worthy to be citizens of the art gang
yeah. I think the system should be like this:
(If yes, move on)
-energetic and fun, or otherwise funny and fun to be around?
-past posts are appropriate, generally nice (to people who aren’t annoying; it’s fine if they’re insanely annoying to respond appropriately)
-bowti (feel free to add more)
ahh agreed uwu. they have to be nice & stuff bc like we don't want any drama rip :'0
something to add to the list,
can they uwu
personally i thrive off companionship and I think an art gang would be a great way to do that! but it is true that it wouldn't be a close-knit group unless it was semi-exclusive. That being said, I feel like the curator should invite friends and mutuals or other people they admire in the art community first and let the core several grow close before adding new members later on. Someone mentioned 1-2 new people every other week? That's a good idea
