There's a small city filled with stray cats and house cats. Everyone there knows of the huge amount of cats. Humans keep some as pets and the rest are strays, The strays often get into fights.

All the cats are in human form. The only thing that can tell a cat from a human apart are the ears and tail the cats have. One character per person. Your character can be killed if you want it to.
