I just can't stop making roleplays! It's a very serious condition I have called Roleplayamaniacalosis. (Or something like that.) ANYWAYS, on to the plot!

The City. A marvelous place filled with magic. A safe haven for all. As long as you follow the rules. Those who choose to life the City have learned the truth about the place however. It's corrupted. Yada yada... Stuff like that.

Okay, so, here's the deal.
YES, there is magic.
This is basically like The Oracle RP (where the cannon ship of RobinxAlicia was created. And the reason why twins Max and Meredith exist but THAT'S A DIFFERENT STORY!) except it's a bit futuristic. So, your character either lives in the society, or they live outside of the boundaries. The city is very futuristic, although the outside world... Eh, not so much.

Rules of the City:
1. No communication with the Outsiders
2. No trade with the Outsiders.
3. If you sneak Outsiders into the City, you will be banished.
4. Once banished, you may not reenter the City unless you are permitted to do so by the high councilman, Darius Querzen.

If you live outside of the city, you can make a tribe of your own that others can join. BUT your rules that you make HAVE TO BE reasonable. Outside of the City is basically like an alien world. The jungle is filled with odd creatures and stuff like that.
