Welcome to the world of Artemea. (ar-teh-mee-uh) It is a world filled with magic, wonder, and mystery. Creatures of terror and creatures of simplicity dwell. How will your saga go? Will it be perilous, or will it be care-free? Will you be a hero, or the commoner? Are your motives evil or virtuous? Will you stand out or fade back? Where will you travel? How will your saga end?

    A Very Different World RPG
    --------

In this rpg, you are a human. Or a runeblood. The difference between them is that runebloods have magical powers. You cannot be an animal. Though your character can own an animal, although it cannot talk in English, it may have its own language such as the faeries or dragons do.

    Creatures of Artemea:

Phoenix- a bird with the powers of either fire, light, water, or ice. Is normally exotic looking, and a bird of prey. Has healing properties, mainly in tears, or blood. Has their own language, but only a few can understand it.

Dragon- large “armored” reptilian monstrosity, that has lethal elements. (its a classic dragon, but it can have other powers, than breathing fire, like razor wings or something) Has their own language.

Faerie: miniature human-like creature with wings. Have magical powers, hardly ever chaotic, just something like making plants grow or rainbows. Size of a man’s finger at maximum. Has the language of fey.

Pixie- faerie like creature, without wings though it can fly, and are mischievous. Is the size of a man’s hand. Speaks the language of fey.

Saberian- a large cat of prey sorts, with saber fangs, can be very vicious. Do not have their own language.

Basilisk: Monstrous snake, can kill with a single look into its eyes, its venom is almost incurable. It can have poisonous breath too. Do not have their own language.

Unicorn: Horse with a horn, and magical qualities, are immoral. Are always just and virtuous, never evil, do not have their own language.

Pegasus: winged horse, usually has feather wings, but sometimes dark ones have dragon/ bat wings. Does not have their own language.

Griffin: combination of a cat, with a bird. The common known one, is lion and eagle, but it could be hawk and leopard, raven and panther, etc. These creatures are noble and prideful, and their language cannot be interpreted by humans.

Roc: a monstrous noble bird of prey. Could overtake a dragon, is never owned by humans/runebloods.

I will add more creatures, (or can you suggest some) and go into detail later, but the main important thing is your character:

A Character For this RPG: Your character, can be either human, or a runeblood, both can be either a hero, or a commoner. For a runeblood you can have many powers, such as shape shifting, shadow traveling, shadow controlling, fire, visions, force, etc. If you are human, you can have no magic, but maybe a magical item, which to have one you have to ask permission for. Both runebloods and humans can have a magical creature companion. Let your imagination fly!
    Making a bio:
Picture: Only if you are going to draw it yourself. If not, just put a category for looks and put it in there. No pictures but your own works. If I think it’s from Google or another website I will ask you to get rid of it.
Name: Make it interesting, or have it pertain to something about them or their future. Add a last name; give your character a story behind them.
Age: Can be young or old, not immoral.
Gender: Easy pick, female or male.
    Species: Human or Runeblood
Power/Weapon: (power is only for runebloods) Do they carry one?
Personality: maybe your character is shy and quiet, easy going, happy- go luck, fiery, or brave. Add a bad trait, a downside, they can’t be perfect.
Strengths: maybe they are good at leading, or making things. Or comforting people.
Weaknesses: perhaps they are afraid, or harsh, or lazy. (must have at least 1)
Medical Problems: Maybe they are allergic to peanuts, or suffer from insomnia. (must have at least one)
Story: Can be long or short, your character’s life in a nut shell.
Friends: Do they have any? A lot, or one close one?
Enemies: Are they peaceful or have troubles.
    Other: whatever else
