My name is Asami, and I am here to tell you everything you need to know about the Madness. First off, let's start with what the Madness is;

- The Madness is a strange ''disease'' that has been spreading throughout the city. No one knows what causes it. All we know is that it's deadly, and not just to the Host. It slowly drains them of their Sanity, and causes them to turn homicidal. While they are in this state, they are unaware that they are killing the people. It's like some sort of unknown force takes over, because when they gain consciousness, they forget that they ever killed anyone.

- Further research has proved that this ''disease'' is no ordinary Virus. We have discovered that when the host begins killing, their eyes turn blood-red, their teeth become sharp fangs, and they look a bit like Demons. It just gets worse everyday they have it, some of them never being able to gain control of themselves again.

- Too many people have been killed. We have began killing anyone with the virus, to prevent any more killings.

Welcome to The Dark Madness. Here I will tell you the character types;

- Hosts(Those affected by the Virus)

- Uirusu(The creatures causing the Virus. Can take on three different forms; An animal, a human, and it's original form; A dark-skinned creature that looks very similar to a human. Most of them have bat-like wings)

- Citizens(Normal humans)

- Scientists(Those studying the virus)

- Naosu(A group of people who are ''curing'' the people by killing those with the virus)
