GIVING FEEDBACK ON OTHER SUGGESTIONS
1. SUPPORT
Indicate your support level for the suggestion. Do you support it? Do you semi support it? Do you not support it?
Make sure to give reasons why.
I'll be honest, I don't really like this part. We should try to stay away from this whole “support level” idea, because it just encourages people to say “no support” without any reasons, or “support because it's a good idea”, neither of which are constructive replies.

The “support level” system is nothing standard or required in the Suggestions forums by any means.
It shouldn't be “support” it should be “respond”. The forum is about input and response, so I agree with Za-Chary here, instead of encouraging non-constructive behaviors maybe have it be more open and constructive to promote useful responses on suggestions.

It's not helpful if we have forum users just saying “support”

1. Support (optional)
Indicate your support level for the suggestion. Do you support it? Do you semi support it? Do you not support it?
Make sure to clearly indicate how much you like the suggestion as well as explain why you like or dislike the suggestion.

I think it clearly enough indicates this.

Alright, regarding the other sticky: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/156550/ Below is what I think you should add. I want you, first, to realize that owning a sticky is a work of art — you make it look how you want. You don't have to copy/paste stuff from the other sticky (unless you want to)! In particular, I like how your post is concise and to the point — easy to understand for newcomers. The other sticky is a little more wordy, in contrast.

Here is some information that I think could be added.

Under “Before making a suggestion”, as obvious as it seems, maybe you could write something along the lines of making sure your suggestion doesn't already exist. In particular, someone could ask in “Questions about Scratch” about a particular feature that they are unsure if it exists.

Under “Making a suggestion”, perhaps you could include some information about thinking carefully about the pros and cons in your suggestion (and writing that in your post!). I think being critical of your own suggestion is a great mindset to have when you make a suggestion, and I wish more users did it.

Also under “Making a suggestion”, mention something about writing the title. It's not great to have a title that says “new suggestion, Scratch Team plz look”. The title should probably be specific to the suggestion at hand.

Under “After making a suggestion”, you may want to add something explaining what to do if someone doesn't agree with your suggestion. Of course you don't want to “argue” or start a fight — rather, you want to engage in respectful discussion, keeping things polite.

Finally, somewhere in your post, you might consider linking the original guide verbatim, https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/156550/ . It does contain some useful information that goes into a little more detail than your post does (and that's okay!), and could be handy to reference in the future if you need to.

Does this sound reasonable to you?

My suggestion:

I think the Remix tree should still be available to look at for each project! Why?… because it was a fun way to look at people remix and it showed how much the project has grown. Do your agree? Quote below and tell me what you think! #Lets_Bring_The_Remix_Tree_Back! #Remix_Tree

This is a suggestion which should be listened to
The remix tree is back. Add /remixtree to any project.

My kumquats and forum signatures ate each other. Luckily, I did not like any of them anyways.
The evil kumquat must have some relation with thanos cat. Evil kumquat is 2.0 and thanos cat is 3.0

The remix tree isn't “back”, it was never gone. It was just the button that was gone. The remix tree was still accessible even with the removal of the button.

In fact, you are in the Suggestions forum, you just have to go here and click on “New topic” in the right side of the page.

Hey, hey, hey! A sticky! Anyway, you should probably add something about closing a forum thread. A general idea:

After making a suggestion
(Skip 1 and 2)
3. Closing a topic
Within 24 hours, you will have the option to close your topic. A button will appear on the bottom left corner of your screen that says, “Close topic”. If you've been convinced that you don't like your topic, then within 24 hours, you can close it. Keep in mind that once you close it, you cannot open it again. Only two people can close your topic:
-You
-A Scratch Team member

If a Scratch Team member rejects your topic, then they will give an explanation of why, close it, and usually send it to the Official List of Rejected Suggestions. If your topic gets rejected, you usually won't get banned, unless it's inappropriate. Don't worry, though, just keep in mind to be respectful in your topic.

Common Reasons a Scratch Team member rejects a topic:
-It has been previously rejected. (See The Official List of Rejected Suggestions.)
-It is a duplicate (they will provide links to that duplicate, and will ask to bring the conversation there.)
-It gets rejected (sometimes, it won't go to the rejected suggestions if it's inappropriate or Za-Chary* doesn't want to call attention to it.)

You should probably put it in your own words, though. The reason I'm asking you to add this is because I didn't know about closing topics at first, and neither will any Scratchers that are new to the forums.

Other than that, this is very useful, and it will reduce “support and no support”, suggesting rejected suggestions, duplicates, etc.

Edit: Fixed grammatical problems.
