Anyone can curate. You can add projects and stuff, and if you want to be a manager then ask to be one first. Also here are the rules you have to follow (only managers can break).

‡-Breaking these rules can also break the Community Guidelines, so make sure you've read those.

1. DON'T remove curators (Unless they're breaking the rules.) (†)

4. DON'T add disrespectful projects or others that break the Community Guidelines as well. (‡)
