ANNOUNCEMENT: To anyone who may read this in the thread or on the description: I intend to leave Scratch soon... forever. This site simply doesn’t have much more for me to offer, and so this ghostly shell of an account shouldn’t be of much use to anyone. I am aware that the deletion of my account would probably destroy this studio as well, so I figured that something had to be done. I have transferred the ownership and management of this studio over to those of you who may still be active. Do feel free to let me know if any feedback on this. Thank you all for a excellent past several years on this studio. I will be taking response from everyone for the next week before I delete the account. This is my final announcement. The world is has returned to relative peace following the Treaty of Moscow, which ended the brief Finale-Pacific War of 1916.

- You cannot post ridiculous events in battle that would never happen. We will find your lack of factual evidence and force you to be realistic!
- It is legal for nations under occupation or users who have no more nation to rebel from inside another nation, whether it be the same nation that destroyed their nation, or any other nation they so please.
- (working clause for nations that are too large than reality would allow)
- Users cannot be anonymous in staging large events if they currently run a nation
- If you are going on vacation or know that you will not be active on the RP for an amount of time, let everyone know so that people will not try to conquer you while you are gone. If something unexpected comes up, let ME (1849689) know, and I may make a special allowance for you.
-If in a battle, you must specify your units. You can invade a country without declaring official war on that country. You also can't prepare for a battle you shouldn't know is coming.
