The way this works is that at the start 7 people will be randomly picked, they will all become managers. Then an eigth person will be picked, the eigth person will delete one person and invite another and change the round count by 1. This will keep going until everyone becomes bored.

You can leave at any time but you have to say in the comments that you are leaving so that i can invite someone else
