=====Organization System====
The organization has a president and a vice president selected by the president every month. The current president is no one as this js a free community not a republic. It changes every 1 month. (currently next pres. is in September) Voting is not available yet. Scroll down to the "voting" section and click the strawpoll (which isn't available yet).

This is a democracy. If you want a thing to be done just ask. Then we will vote.
this is actually a buddhist theocratic dictatorship led by moo but we dont talk about that

==========Rules===========
-Follow all of the community guidelines, if this is not followed a reasonable punishment will be in order.

-Add and advertise projects that have anything to do with countryballs and the SCC only, no other nonsense.

-Everyone is free to have their own opinions as long as they follow Scratch rules and regulations, this includes debates and arguments.

-To join you need to have at least 2 countryball project and they need to reach the minimum standards of quality, no low quality projects will be accepted unless there is a special reason to.

-All SMC members and members from other communities are allowed to join as long as they meet the criterion of joining and are not known warmongers.

-The SCC will not interfere in wars or public breakouts.

-If you are given admin do not promote anyone unless informing a higher up about it, (president or VP) this could lead to demotion of admin for the person who promoted someone and the demotion of the person promoted.

-Also if you have admin do not remove anyone without permission from either the person(s) being removed or from the president/VP with the exception that they have visibly broken a rule. This could lead to demotion and/or removal.
