In this neighborhood, there are normal people, then there are the spooks. The spooks look like normal people, but they have something else... They have powers. The normal's don't know there are spooks in their neighborhood, but they know the spooks are real. They have been a legend since the beginning of time. And its time for the normal's to side with the spooks against the world. The town they all live in is called Victorian, which is hidden by a barrier. No-one goes in, no-one goes out.
