What's a blockshade?:
Blockshading is a type of computer art form in which a normal photo is covered with reshaped circles of the same color as the photo. There are many different blockshades on Scratch, ranging from a simple piece of fruit to a complicated human face.

How do I manage?
There used to be applications, but it's probably easier to do it by activity levels. If a manager sees you being helpful around the studio they'll promote you :D
