Join the Elmo army!

To do this sacred thing of joining Elmo you must go to

I,(name), will join the Elmo army. Many of my projects will be Elmo. I will share everything Elmo. Long live comrade Elmo!

Plz be nice, join Elmo's army, and don't add unrelated projects. If we wind any inapropriate projects they will be reported and deleted. unrelated ones will only be deleted.
