Reinforced rules:

Anyone who attempts to change the studio thumbnail without an administrator's permission will result in a ban for 1 day
Anyone who attempts to minimod( removing people but not administrator will get banned for 1 day and the people removed will be re-added as curator.

Overview:
Hello Scratchers! Since the 150 manager goal was a success, we offer this studio a new challenge. The challenge is to get a Pell number of followers on this studio by 2021.
So far we have 107 followers. That is not a Pell Number.
